PodStak Accessible Bathroom Pods
PodStak? Accessible Bathroom Pods can be made to any shape or size to provide the facilities required within a given space. One of the beauties of the PodStak? modular system is that it provides step-free access for wheelchair users. The structural elements of the system are in the walls and ceiling, so the floor is only 8mm thick.
Ideal for temporary installations or where it may be desirable to return the building to a former state after the requirement for the facility has passed. Manufactured in the UK from recycled glass composite material, the pods can also be fully recycled at the end of their lifecycle.
The pods can be either supplied assembled for installation in construction phase, or flat packed for retrofitting on site. This is especially relevant for older buildings with restrictions on modifications to the existing structure. Supplied with jackable and removable jockey wheels to make positioning of the pods quick and easy. Internal surfaces are pre-manufactured with a choice of durable finishes and require no grouting or other treatment. External surfaces can be plastered if required or decorated to blend in with the existing surroundings.
