Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Acceptance of Orders

All orders placed with Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions will be accepted, and Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

2. Pricing and Payment

By default, all prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT.

VAT will be applied at the current rate unless a valid VAT exemption form is received and approved.

Whilst every effort will be made to provide advance notice of price changes, Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit reserves the right to amend prices and apply the price ruling applicable at the date of despatch.

We also reserve the right to correct clerical errors or omissions at any time.

Payments are accepted in Sterling (GBP) only.

3. Quotations

Any quotation provided by Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit shall remain valid for the period stated, or where no period is stated, for 30 days from the date of issue.

A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit has accepted the order through fulfilment or written confirmation.

4. Deliveries and Carriage

Any delivery dates or times provided by Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit are approximate only.

The customer is responsible for making all necessary arrangements to accept delivery of goods.

Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit will not be held responsible for any delay or suspension of deliveries, or any consequences arising from such delays.

Standard delivery is made to the reception area and/or ground floor of the stated delivery address.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit of any access restrictions, delivery difficulties, or special requirements at the time of order placement.

Any discrepancies, shortages, or damage must be reported to Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit within 7 days of receipt.

5. Cancellation and Variation of Orders

Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit will use reasonable endeavours to meet customer requirements; however, we are under no obligation to accept cancellations or amendments to any order once placed.

Where cancellation or amendment is accepted, Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit reserves the right to apply a reasonable cancellation or administration charge.

6. Warranty & Warranty Period

Goods are supplied in accordance with the descriptions and specifications provided.

Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit gives no warranty or representation as to the suitability of goods for any particular purpose unless expressly stated.

Where goods are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty applies only where the goods have been used, maintained, and handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

7. Retention of Title

All goods supplied by Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit remain the property of Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit until full payment has been received and cleared.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Return of Goods

Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis, and Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit is under no obligation to accept returns unless goods are faulty or supplied in error.

Where returns are accepted, the following conditions apply:

The customer must notify Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit within 7 days of receipt of goods of their intention to request a return
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging
Returns must be authorised by Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit prior to collection or return
A handling or restocking charge may apply to returned goods
Replacement goods are not supplied in advance of return, repair, or exchange
Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion where goods are not faulty

The following items cannot be returned:

Single-use or body-worn goods
Non-standard or bespoke items made to customer specification
Goods damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair
Opened, used, or partially used goods, or items with seals/labels removed
Goods damaged by fire, water, smoke, or contamination

Customers are reminded that it is illegal to send contaminated goods through the post.

Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit reserves the right not to accept goods that do not meet these requirements.

9. Restriction of Liability

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and note any damage or discrepancies before signing for receipt.

No liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising from delivery delays.

Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the supply or use of goods.

10. Force Majeure

Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

In such events, Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit reserves the right to cancel or suspend any contract without liability for resulting loss or damage.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any contract formed under them, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Products

Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure product descriptions are accurate; however, specifications may be subject to change.

Manufacturers may occasionally amend product specifications. In such cases, Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative and inform the customer at the time of ordering.

All sizes and measurements are approximate.

On rare occasions where catalogue or website errors occur, Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit will make reasonable efforts to inform customers at the time of order.

Where supply issues arise, Accro Clearline Ltd including Polymorit may provide a substitute product of equal or superior quality at no additional cost.

Our emails are intended solely for the designated recipient and may contain confidential or proprietary information.
