Terms and Conditions
This Delivery & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed through the Polymorit website, operated by ACCRO CLEARLINE LTD trading as Polymorit (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Acceptance of Orders
All orders placed with ACCRO CLEARLINE LTD trading as Polymorit are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without providing a reason.
No variation to these Terms will be accepted unless agreed in writing by us.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices displayed on the website are by default exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- VAT will be applied at the current UK rate unless a valid VAT exemption certificate is received and approved.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- We also reserve the right to correct clerical errors or omissions at any time.
- Payments are accepted in Sterling (GBP) only.
3. Quotations
Any quotation provided by us is valid for the period stated, or if no period is stated, for 30 days from the date of quotation.
A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until the order has been accepted and fulfilled by us.
4. Deliveries and Carriage
- Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only.
- The customer is responsible for making all arrangements necessary to accept delivery.
- We accept no responsibility for delays or suspension of deliveries, or any resulting consequences.
Standard Delivery
- Delivery is to the reception, entrance point, or ground floor of the stated address unless otherwise agreed.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any access issues or special delivery requirements at the time of ordering.
Delivery Issues
- Any discrepancy, missing items, or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

5. Cancellation and Variation of Orders
We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate order changes or cancellations.
However, we are under no obligation to accept cancellations or amendments once an order has been placed.
Where changes or cancellations are accepted, a reasonable cancellation or amendment charge may apply.
6. Warranty
Goods are supplied in accordance with product descriptions and specifications provided.
We make no warranty that goods are suitable for any particular purpose unless expressly stated.
Where manufacturer warranties apply, these are subject to:
- correct use
- proper handling
- adherence to manufacturer guidelines
7. Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of ACCRO CLEARLINE LTD trading as Polymorit until full payment has been received and cleared.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Returns Policy
We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis.
We will only accept returns where goods are faulty or agreed for return in advance.
Faulty or Authorised Returns
Where a return is agreed, the following conditions apply:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be authorised by us before being sent back or collected.
- A handling or restocking charge may apply.
- Replacement goods may not be provided until the original items are returned and processed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion where goods are not defective.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Single-use or body-worn goods
- Bespoke or custom-made items
- Non-catalogue or special order products
- Goods damaged through misuse or unauthorised repair
- Opened, used, or partially used goods (including removed seals or packaging)
- Goods damaged by fire, water, smoke, or contamination
⚠️ Customers must not send contaminated goods through the post, as this is illegal.
We reserve the right to refuse receipt of items that do not meet these requirements.
9. Liability
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery before signing for receipt.
We accept no liability for loss or damage arising from delivery delays.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters
- strikes or industrial action
- transport disruptions
- supply chain failures
- government restrictions
In such cases, we may suspend or cancel orders without liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, however:
- Specifications may change without notice
- Product images and sizes are approximate
- Manufacturer updates may result in specification changes
- Substitutions may be supplied where necessary, of equal or better quality at the same price
We will notify customers where significant changes or substitutions occur.
13. Email Disclaimer
Our email communications are intended only for the designated recipient and may contain confidential or privileged information.
If you receive an email in error, please notify us immediately and delete it.
We do not accept responsibility for viruses and it is the recipient’s responsibility to scan all communications for malware or viruses.
